Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. 

If your orders  arrives damaged , please contact us within 24 hours.

We'll need clear photos and a short video of the damage and packaging 

so we can file a claim with the carrier. Without this, we won't be able to process a replacement or complaint.
